These terms apply to your use of SignedByYou ("the service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
SignedByYou helps you remember occasions and write personal notes for people in your life, with AI assistance. The service is offered as-is and may change or improve over time.
You agree not to use SignedByYou to:
You keep ownership of the information and notes you create. You grant us permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide the service to you (including generating note drafts). You're responsible for what you write and send.
SignedByYou uses AI to suggest note text. Drafts are a starting point — you should read and edit them before sending. You're responsible for any note you choose to send.
If you provide your own AI or email provider keys, you're responsible for those accounts and any charges they incur. Keep your keys confidential.
SignedByYou may offer paid subscriptions in future. If and when it does, the pricing, billing, and cancellation terms will be presented to you before you subscribe.
We work to keep SignedByYou running well, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The service may occasionally be unavailable, and features may change.
To the extent permitted by law, SignedByYou is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other New Zealand law that cannot be excluded.
You can stop using SignedByYou and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts will have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be notified in the app where appropriate.
